St. Elmo Steak House.
St. Elmo Steakhouse, open since 1902, is a landmark restaurant located in Indianapolis. Their legacy requires stewardship of the highest order. As 2020 unfolded (think COVID) we were asked to design the packaging to support an all-out push to bring the “best of” from the St. Elmo menu to retail. From dressings and steak sauce to seasoning and cocktail sauce, we ushered in a traditional look and feel that captured the essence of their origins.
One of the most fun and important responsibilities we took on was the label design for their most successful product launch to date, the tandem products St. Elmo Bourbon, and the Ready-to-drink Elmo Cola. Sales of these two products have blown past predictions and have ushered in a new focus on branded spirits for this legacy brand. We continue with St. Elmo and work as brand stewards working in print and digital realms.
